This is a charity event primarily for the cyclists to raise money for Leukaemia Research.
Bloodwise is the new name for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research
We didn’t go last year due the number of regulars on holiday etc. however we have been there the previous years. Obviously all our cars are welcome & the more the merrier.
The request is for our cars to be on show to help gather members of the public while the bikers are on route. This year we may even get a chance to see Russ in the saddle, which will be entertaining.
This is a free event and normally finishes around lunchtime, leaving us time to do something else afterwards.
The plan is to meet at the Rayleigh Karting (SS6 7XL) at 8.00am in Brook Road. We will need to be on the road by 8.10am.
After the event there is a plan to drive ( just over an Hour) to Layer Marney Tower near Tiptree, where they have a Kite flying demonstration, entry is £7 pp, for an extra £2 you can make and fly a kit. (12:00-17:00)
