Gavins car is a home build chassis based on the Ron Champion Book Chassis adapted to run a sierra width de-dion.Sierra rear diff and drive shafts,Sierra front uprights,Escort mk2 2.4 quick rack,gaz adjustable coilovers,standard 2.0 pinto running Cbr900 bike carbs,ally sump and type 9 gearbox with ally bellhousing..The bodywork was supplied by GTS tuning but has been modified to fit the chassis.Currently being modified before it even hits the road!!!

Jan's car is another Superspec,he bought it already registered.It has the optional extra titanium body panels.This car has the Rover 2.0 T series engine mated to a ford gearbox

George has a very nice example of a MNR Vortx,This is one of BEC's (bike engine cars) in the club and has a Yamaha R1 1000cc bike engine with throttle bottles.The car was registered in 2009 and is one of the few BEC's to have a reverse gearbox fitted.

Eddie is currently building a GTS Panther using all new components.The chassis has the optional full cage and double wishbones all round.Eddie has chosen to use a 1.8 zetec for his engine and is currently working on the wiring loom.Once the loom is finished the car is just about ready for IVA.

Kevins car is a Robin Hood Superspec.The chassis was designed to run a Rover T-series engine but was modified to take the a 2.0 pinto,with twin 40 dellorto's,ally sump and bellhousing.The spare wheel hoop has been removed,and a full cage added.The bodywork was then sprayed in Ford "asbo" orange..
Dave's car is an early example of the Robin Hood 2B. It originally came with "sliding pillar" suspension,but this was recently changed to double front wishbones.This car also runs a Ford 2.0 pinto engine but uses the 3.0 capri 38 dgas carb.This was recently rolling roaded @ 114BHP. The car has 16" wheels rather than the "standard" 13" or 15".Dave has lots of plans for this car over the winter!!!

Steve is another BEC owner in the club and has a really well built MNR,again with the Yamaha R1 bike engine in it.Steve's car has been on the road for 3 years now and recently passed its first MOT.

Terry has recently purchased this Fisher Fury,it has a 1600 x-flow engine and is quite lively!!..Terry has a few gremlins and a bit of tidying to do and he will have a nice,quick car..

Glyn is the owner of this very nice Robin Hood Superspec.It has the 2.0 Rover T series engine fitted.It was one of the first Superspecs to be finished in the Essex Area as is the standard that many builders tried to achieve.....

Paul bought this early Robin Hood Series 3A from the original owner who had it 6 years or so and never completed it.Paul then totaly stripped and rebuilt it to what you see today.Paul SVA'd the car in 2009 and passed first time.The car is running a 2.1 pinto with quad mikunies and a v6 type 9 gearbox.
Ferg built his GTM libra at a leisurely pace between 2001 and 2003 achieving a first-time SVA pass in Sepember '03.
Powered by a lightly modified Rover VVC engine it's ultra reliable and is used throughout the year. Easily capable of carrying camping gear for two, it's a regular visitor to most of the UK kit shows.
